Should you not receive 99.9% Uptime in a given month (excluding scheduled maintanence or downtime caused by the client), you will be credited with a month of free hosting.
99.9% Server Uptime Guarantee - Virtual Private Server
Should you not receive 99.9% Uptime in a given month (excluding scheduled maintanence or downtime caused by the client), you will be credited with 10% of your monthly bill per hour of downtime.
99.9% Server Uptime Guarantee - Cloud Virtual Machine
Should you not receive 99.9% Uptime in a given month (excluding scheduled maintanence or downtime caused by the client), you will be credited with 10% of your monthly bill per hour of downtime.
1 Hour Technical Response
Should we not respond to a Technical Support ticket within one hour, you will be credited with $0.50 to your account.
